had a chat with my NRA senior few days ago....yew seng. : )
it was after he taught his class on one of the days...
i learned pretty much..actually saved our msn convo.
i realised i got so much to improve.
like my shoulders..difficulty doing certain steps sial..
for his steps that day during class, he choreo-ed it easy,
cos its jus placing...can catch de, jus that the speed is fast.
i asked him how to correct my bad habits..
he mentioned looking into the mirror....something very "duh" but profound.
slowly control it....and do it at my comfortable pace instead of chionging it..
and when i am alone, pay close attention to details..
rather than just copying what the instructors did and never learn anything...
i find it like "why didn i think of that?"
he ended off saying, through hardwork in a correct way, we achieve success.
